     Charles Albrecht worked with Deep Sky Technologies, Inc., (DSTi)
during the 1999 calendar year.  He was brought in as a consultant to
work with our programming staff during an abnormally busy period of
time.  The working environment at DSTi requires that all employees, even
consultants, display a high degree of personal and professional
accountability for their work;  as well, all employees are expected to
maintain a very high level of quality in all of their efforts.

     Mr. Albecht excelled in all of his tasks during his stay at DSTi. 
He continually showed a level a knowledge and technical expertise that
was unequalled.  Additionally, he was always willing to learn new skills
and excelled in a challenging and varied environment.  He was always
reliable to finish his tasks both in a timely manner and with a high
degree of quality.

     Having worked with Mr. Albrecht personally even before his stay at
DSTi, I can honestly recommend him for any endeavors he might choose to
follow in the years to come.  I am confident that he will be able to
handle any task which is set out before him.  His intelligence and
