     Bertrand Lui worked for Deep Sky Technologies, Inc., (DSTi)
during the summers of 1999, 2000, and 2001.  He was brought in as an
intern to work with our programming staff during the busy summer
months.  The working environment at DSTi requires that all employees,
even summer interns, display a high degree of personal and
professional accountability for their work;  as well, all employees
are expected to maintain a very high level of quality in all of their
efforts.

     Mr. Lui excelled in all of his tasks during his internship at
DSTi.  He continually showed a level a knowledge and technical
expertise that was beyond his years.  Additionally, he was always
willing to learn new skills and excelled in a challenging and varied
environment.  He was always reliable to finish his tasks both in a
timely manner and with a high degree of quality.  It was especially
enjoyable to see how Mr. Lui matured, and how his skills and
experience became more refined, throughout the three summers that he
worked with our programming staff.

     Having worked with Mr. Lui personally throughout the past three
summers, I can honestly recommend him for any endeavors he might
choose to follow in the years to come.  I am confident that he will be
able to handle any task which is set out before him.  His intelligence
and willingness to learn make him an invaluable asset to any
organization he may so wish to join.
