Thank you very much for your interest. We appreciate all of your support and should be getting back to you in the near future with details about this survey.
The recent actions (20030915) of VeriSign, entering wildcard NS entries within the .com and .net TLDs, has resulted in direct and verifiable damages to our firm. This includes, though is not limited, to technical changes that must be made to services we provide for our customers (e.g. NX entries for falsified SMTP traffic, etc.).
We are looking to collect our standard consulting rate for making the fixes in our network and service systems that have resulted from VeriSign's nefarious actions. Clearly, the actions of VeriSign have been taken purely for the benefit of VeriSign and have caused direct damage, and expense, to our firm.
This is no way even begins to consider the privacy concerns VeriSign's actions have upon the 'net as a whole. Nor does this address the security issues this raises for many disparate systems online that are now possible directly due to VeriSign's actions.
We are curious if there are others that have also suffered similar damages and/or expenses as a result of VeriSign's monopolistic practices in this regard.
If you or your firm has also been subject to such damages resulting directly from VeriSign's recent actions, and you are interested in possibly taking part in a class action lawsuit against VeriSign to collect on these damages, please fill out the following form.
In no way are you agreeing to participate in such an action. And, in no way is Deep Sky Tech., Inc., warranting that any such action shall be taken. Rather, this is merely being used to gauge the level of interest that exists in taking such actions to recover from the nefarious actions of VeriSign.
