Every company seems to get customers, or potential customers, that are
just not worth having.

They may come in the form of people that cause support hassles, people
that cause customer service hassles, or people that just try to steal.
Sometimes, it is people that are just so rude and inconsiderate that the
headaches are not worth the profit, if any, of having them as customers.

The following iChat logs show an example of a customer that fits into
the above general categorization. More time was spent talking with this
customer than can possibly be made with the product sale. And, it should
be clear that the customer is given multiple opportunities to be honest
and sincere in the business transaction, even after multiple attempts to
just blatantly steal from our firm.

Of course, the check that the customer did finally send to us for the
product purchase was refunded (see the last iChat log). And, it was even
found afterwards that the original purchase attempt with a credit card
was done with a fraudulent credit card number.

Cheers!
